Fishing Gab Eligibility Conditions

The conditions of the competition are quite simple.

• Story Submissions, with story/fishing photo attachments (if any) MUST be emailed to [email protected].
• An email will be sent to you confirming your submission.
• Stories posted into FSA Forum are not deemed part of this Competition.
  [It allows Visitors who are NOT Forum Members the chance to participate and win a prize.]
• The current frequency of the competition is Monthly.
• Competition opens on the 1st of every month. Submissions Closure is set for 13:00 pm, 16th of January 2004
• A minimum of 4 Submissions for the Month must exist, otherwise Submissions will be carried over onto next Month's competition.
  [This is to ensure that a selection of stories exist for your perusal and voting.]
• Voting Options available from the main Index Page, 18:00 on the 16th of January 2004
• Voting Closes on the 28th of January 2004, in preparation for the next month's competition.
• The Story with the most votes wins !
• Attaching Story/Fishing Photos to your Submission is encouraged, if not welcomed !
  [Photos are NOT mandatory, but a picture is worth a thousand words !]
• The winner will be notified via E-mail of their success, and their name will be posted to the FSA Competitions.
• All Stories will be posted at http://www.fishsa.com/fishstories.php, with the Winner's Story highlighted.
• The selected Winner has exactly one calendar week upon sent notification, to respond with his contact details, or prizes will be used for the next month's Fishing Gab.
• The frequency of, conditions and decisions pertaining to each Fishing Gab Competition occurs at the discretion of fishSA.com.
• Duplicate voting is disallowed. Every effort has been made within the poll script, via IP Address and Cookie Credentials, to ensure this from occuring. We trust that you will conform to the spirit of this competition, by only voting once, after reviewing all submitted entries.
• Any and all decisions pertaining to each Fishing Gab Competition are final and binding.
