Aussie Salmon Marinade

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tbsp. mustard ( not hot )
- 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tbsp. sweet chilly sauce
Mutton dressed up as Lamb !
We have been trying out a few different marinade recipes for fish lately, and this one is a pearler for Australian Salmon fillets.
Marinate fish fillets overnight or longer if you prefer in the fridge. Grill the fillets either on the b-b-q or stove and baste with marinade. Serve with special fried rice, crisp green salad and a nice white wine.
