Tuna Roll Ups

Tuna (Bluefin or Albacore - Canned)

Cooking Time
5 minutes - Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 x Pita Bread
- 1 x 95 gms of Flavoured Tuna (Lemon Pepper, Chilli or Thai Curry)
- 1 Small Grated Carrot
- 1/3 cup of Alfalfa Sprouts
- 1/2 Sliced Avocado
- 1 tea spoon Chopped Parsley
- 1/8 tea spoon Pepper
- 1/3 cup Grated Tasty Cheese
1. | If Pita bread is slightly stiff, then either microwave or place in oven till warm and soft. This will allow the bread to roll up without splitting. Spread Mayonnaise onto Pita Bread. |
2. | Spoon over Tuna, add the Alfalfa Sprouts, Carrot and Avocado. |
3. | Sprinkle Grated Cheese and Seasoning. |
4. | Roll up Pita Bread, cut in halves and serve. |
