Cut the first inch off the Beach Worm so that the head is removed. Thread the worm up and onto the hook.

Thread the worm all the way up the shank of the hook.

Pull the top of the worm up and over the eye of the hook.

Leave the barb exposed and a tail hanging off the bottom of the hook.
